Meet the Presenters:
Flo Fenton is a senior teacher and yoga therapist. Her focus is on finding our natural ease within the postures, and on cultivating an ever-deepening awareness of the relationship between the body, the breath, and our state of mind. She specialises in 'paring back' each pose, starting from the essential foundation of each posture. Rachel Nokes is a yoga therapist and senior yoga teacher she is an experienced counsellor with over 20 years’ experience holding space for personal transformation. Her teaching weaves together intelligent, breath-centered movement, yogic philosophy, and the healing power of mantra and meditation. Rachel’s approach focuses on creating an accessible and nurturing practice, helping students find their natural ease within each posture while deepening their awareness of the relationship between breath, body and mind.
