InDance Blind Folded
Movement is medicine
Our bodies are designed to move, when we're not in constant motion, physical and emotional energy become stagnant. When we dance as a form of meditation, it liberates us from our thinking mind as we fully experience being in our body, while simultaneously cultivating what the Greeks called ekstasis “stepping outside” of ourselves and our everyday lives.
An experience where the “dancer becomes inseparable from the dance.”
This experience is an hour of guided blind folded movement/dance meditation to disconnect from the external distractions and surrender to your body and your intuitive movement flow. Just to enjoy yourself.
In this workshop you will explore:

•Body awareness guided dance
•Blind folded dance

About Tati Fernandes Tati is an early childhood movement educator, yoga instructor and dance/movement facilitator & artist performer. Tati shares her passion through dance, music, yoga and expressive movement to loosen every part of you. Through her own healing experience using conscious dance practices, Tati continues to be inspired to support others to feeling and connecting with their bodies at a deeper level. Tati guides people through an experience to bring you from mind all the way through the body to your feet.
