Firstly, we invite you to take a mindful moment. Close your eyes and take a slow inhale in through the nose. With every inhale, breathe in curiosity. Keeping your eyes closed, exhale through the nose, intentionally taking your awareness to your heart. Slow, gentle, connected breaths. Repeat this 5 times. As you exhale your last breath, ask yourself this question. "What is it that has led me here today. What will this trip to India mean for me"

This is a simple exercise that will help you connect to your highest Self. Our highest Self carries the answers that serve us for our highest good. The very fact that you are here and curious to discover more about yourself and these sacred lands, holds a message.
