Join, Aditi (former CERES Indian Cultural teacher) as she demystifies all those traditional spices and shows you how easy it is to make your own authentic Indian meals at home. In this hands-on workshop you will learn how to make easy, delicious and healthy vegetarian Indian recipes.
Join us for a cooking workshop with a difference. Immerse yourself in a new culture, explore new tastes and learn about the history and traditions of food from around the world. Each evening workshop is hands- on and you will cook a variety of different dishes.
At the end of the workshop you will sit down together for a shared feast of your own making .You will leave the workshop with new inspiration and skills and a few recipes to try out at home.
Trainer Bio:
Aditi Daware comes from Pune, Maharashtra in central India and learnt her cooking secrets and skills from her grandmother. She has worked at CERES for last 5 years as an Indian Cultural and Indian Cooking teacher. Her home is a popular place where friends and family enjoy her delicious meals.
