This is a massage for the upper back, shoulders, neck, head, arms and face. We spend so much time in our heads. So this traditional healing art can really help to create a balance by calming the mind and spirit as well as relieving muscular tension.

This seated chair massage to the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, head and face is valuable to all. My clients report individual experiences, some of which include "feeling lighter", calmer, having headaches relieved and "feeling energised". The results are individual and cannot be predicted for this reason.

It's best to wear layers to the training, with a strappy top or singlet. Many of my regular lady clients choose a strapless top or dress to wear to their appointment.

In this training, I teach you my unique migraine buster technique.

I bring 42 years of Nursing Experience, 36 years in Mental Health, 36 years as a Reiki Practitioner and 6 years helping people regulate their Nervous System with Access Bars, Meditation & Breathwork to Improve their Mental Health to each and every training I hold for you.

This is a hands on training.

In this training you will learn:

How to give and receive a Seated Indian Head Massage
You will be taught step by step what to do and how to do it
You will gift a Seated Indian Head Massage twice and you will receive a Seated Indian Head Massage twice
You will receive easy to follow laminated sequence sheets of the process which you will take home with you
If you should lose these sheets, please note a duplicate can be requested. Cost is $5 plus postage
You will also receive a certificate of completion for the one day 6 hour class
