Training Details:

The training is from 10am - 4pm.
Please arrive at 10am

Google maps will bring you straight to the class.

Location Details:

It’s not far from Nambour Hospital. There is plenty of parking and the driveway is well signed. There’s also street parking available and being a Sunday, no council ticketing to worry about.

Please leave your shoes on the shoe shelf on the left as you enter the sliding door. I will be there to greet you and check you in.

Some hints for the day:

PLEASE BRING A SARONG OR TOWEL FOR ONE PART OF THE SEQUENCE IN THIS MASSAGE.

For the purpose of receiving, please wear a singlet or strapless top so your shoulders can be accessed for the shoulder section of the massage.

Wearing layers with a singlet allows for oil to be used while massaging the shoulders and neck. The Massage can be done through clothing so it’s not a problem. Air Conditioning will be available if required, I’ll do my best to maintain the temperature at a suitable temp for the majority of people.

Allergies?

I will be supplying a Natio oil blend on a base of sesame oil with essential oils of Lavender, Neroli, Patouli and Rose. Please contact me on the contact details below if you have any sensitivities to any of these?

Breaks:

Light refreshments, filtered water and herbal teas will be available for a short break. BYO packed lunch in an esky bag, there is a fridge at the venue or

The Class:

In this class, you will watch a demo while following the sequence. You will gift this nurturing modality and receive this twice. We will change receivers and givers so everyone gets to receive from 2 different people and gift to 2 different people.

A relaxing, bonding day out for all.

In this class you will learn:

How to give and receive a Seated Indian Head Massage

This is a hands on class

You will be taught step by step what to do and how to do it

You will gift a Seated Indian Head Massage twice and you will receive a Seated Indian Head Massage twice.

You will receive easy to follow laminated sequence sheets of the process which you will take home with you.

If you should lose these sheets, please note a duplicate can be requested. Cost is $5 plus postage.

You will also receive a certificate of completion for the one day 6 hour course

This massage is relaxing and soothing.
