The Modern Desi, will guide you through every step of the process,
ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in recreating these
delicious dishes at home.
Throughout the class, Bhavna will share the fascinating history and
cultural significance of Indian street food, giving you a deeper
understanding of the culinary traditions that have shaped this beloved
cuisine. Not only will you learn how to make everything from scratch,
but Bhavna will also provide shortcuts and tips to make the preparation
easier.

Masala Chai - spiced Indian tea, made from scratch
Dahi Puri - stuffed crispy pooris
Keema Pav- Mumbai Style mince meat curry with bread
