Join us this Thursday18th April at 10am to 12pm at Sobah Brewery in Burleigh for an enriching experience in our Indigenous Weaving Workshop with Auntie Erica, where they'll embark on a journey to learn the art of weaving a basket from natural fibres.
Facilitated by Aunty Erica of Dreamtime Artistry, this workshop caters for ages 10-99 years offers not only a chance to acquire weaving skills but also provides insight into First Nations cultural learning through engaging yarning around the circle. All required product and needles will be provided as well as extra raffia to take home to continue your basket.
