Event description

Gran Maestro Txana Ikakuru and his 17-year-old daughter Nixiani Huni Kuin are traveling from the Brazilian Amazon to share ancestral songs, prayers, and teachings of the Huni Kuin people. They will be joined by Romaine “Smokey” Miller, an elder of the Klamath Tribe carrying earth-based wisdom from his lineage.

This conversation is a unique opportunity to witness the Rainbow Bridge- or the Hopie prophecy of bringing North and South American medicine leaders and wisdom keepers together to learn from one another. In the Hopi prophecy, it is believed that when the North and South indigenous teachers come together, peace will be restored on earth.

Please come and support this conversation. Bring an open heart and curiosity to this rare opportunity to have a Gran Maestro from the Amazon and a wise elder from our Klamath tribe meet and share their perspectives on Medicine, healing, and colonization.
