Indigenous collaboration Long Lunch at Galeru - Cooroy - Sunshine Coast
Event description
Come and experience this unique Long Lunch collaboration as SevGen welcomes Terra Firma to Galeru: Forever Fruits & Flowers an indigenous bushfoods farm in the Noosa Hinterland town of Cooroy.
Galeru is the latest social enterprise powered by SevGen, as part of D-Time Enterprises. Acquired in 2021 Galeru is a Polyculture Native Bushfoods Orchard that has 36 edible species planted with 7 major crops. All of which will seasonally be in your fire feast.
This coming together,of SevGen and Terra Firma, is a natural partnership with no boundaries bringing people together for an immersive experience celebrating the land you will be on, the flavours of locally sourced produce, cooked over open fire pits and enjoyed outdoors amongst the farm orchards.
