Our session will start with an inclusive group yoga and mindfulness session suitable for all levels of fitness with a welcome circle, mindful movement and breathing

followed by a nature craft activity and relaxation to finish the session

Suitable for families with kids 1-10 Years

These sessions will support your little ones and family with essential life skills and provide you with tools you can take home and use in your everyday life
