Event description

Tante Avi will be teaching us how to make ketoprak, a Jakarta street food favourite. This dish is vegetarian and vegan-friendly, and simple to make in your own home. Tante Avi is a renowned Indonesian cook in Canberra, and will be walking us through the history, ingredients, and authentic method of making ketoprak.
