Join us as we open the outdoor nightclub early, inviting daylight, elevated food, fresh drinks and magical sound for a slow-burning sun session.
Through a pop-up kitchen, chefs Edward Noble and Lisa Lim come together to cook up an exclusive à la carte menu for INDULGE, full of bold, fresh flavours blending Italian and Cambodian influences. Drawing on their time at Adelaide favourites Trak and HNLY, as well as their dinner party project Pseudo, the menu is designed to be shared, with dietaries catered for and dishes available for purchase throughout the session.
East End’s Honeydripper steps behind the bar pouring fresh cocktails using Pluto Spirits, including an exclusive Homebound special. The bar also expands with delicious wines from Moorak, Worlds Apart and Delinquente.
A handpicked selection of local and interstate DJs, Ruby (Lush Dance Party), Gwilym, Localman and Sink (Brigitte and Pia), will soundtrack the afternoon, guiding the energy before handing over to Sanctuary’s night program from 7pm.
INDULGE ticket holders are welcome to stay on into the Sanctuary night, with passouts allowed.
Bask in the early autumn sun. Eat well, drink freely and move with the music into the night.
