He will go over his 20+ year career in visualization and VFX and the changes in software, workflows and industry attitudes over that time.  How those changes mirror changes in software, workflows and attitudes today.  Avoiding the traps of not learning new techniques and staying relevant over time.  How being a great employee has very little to do with being a great artist..
