HSB Resources, in partnership with Safer Together, delivers the Industry Safety Induction (ISI). This industry-recognised program provides workers and contractors with a consistent understanding of health, safety and environmental expectations across the energy industry, supporting a shared approach to safer work practices across participating organisations.

Industry Safety Induction (ISI)

The ISI introduces participants to key industry safety expectations, critical risks and controls, life-saving rules, and their responsibilities for maintaining safe workplaces. The program helps establish a common safety standard across the energy industry and promotes a culture of continuous learning and risk awareness. 

It also covers key Safety Leadership skills required for effective supervision:

• Health, safety and environmental responsibilities

• Critical risks and controls

• Life-saving rules

• Hazard identification and risk management

• Incident reporting and learning
