Nobody hands you a manual when your baby gets here.

You're learning your baby, your baby's learning you, and some days you're both just trying to figure it out together.

Maybe they're fussy. Maybe they're gassy. Maybe they won't sleep unless they're laying on your chest. Maybe you just want another way to connect besides feeding, rocking, and bouncing on that exercise ball for the hundredth time.

We get it.

That's exactly why we created this class.

Over four weeks, we'll show you how to use the power of gentle touch to comfort your baby, ease common newborn discomforts, and create little moments of connection that you'll both look forward to.

No experience needed. No pressure to be the "perfect mom." Just come as you are.

What We'll Learn Together

Each week we'll build on the last, so by the end of the series you'll know a complete full-body infant massage routine you can use at home whenever your baby needs a little extra comfort.

We'll cover:

Gentle massage for your baby's whole body
Ways to help with gas, colic, and tummy discomfort
Techniques that encourage relaxation and better sleep
How to recognize when your baby is ready for touch (and when they're not)
Safe massage practices for newborns and young infants
Easy ways to make massage part of your everyday routine

Why Infant Massage?

Because sometimes your baby doesn't need another toy.

Sometimes they just need you.

Research shows that nurturing touch can support bonding, relaxation, healthy development, and emotional regulation for both babies and parents. And honestly...it's one of those things that reminds you to slow down, too.

What to Bring

Bring your baby, a blanket or mat, baby-safe massage oil (we'll send recommendations), and anything your little one may need during class.

And don't worry...

If your baby cries, needs to eat, needs a diaper change, or decides they want absolutely nothing to do with massage that day—we promise that's okay.

This isn't about perfection.

It's about showing up.
