Mumu guides a meditation called "Infinite Aroha," which employs the soothing sounds of Taonga Pūoro, traditional Māori instruments. I am humbled to have Mae to work alongside me adding her Taonga to the mix.

During this practice, you'll embark on a journey spanning from the beginning of time to the present moment, while reclining on the earth and being enveloped in ancient sounds that gradually lead you into a deeper state of tranquility and self-awareness. This is a chance to reconnect with your innermost self, to embrace the sensations of your body, and to explore both past memories and hidden futures with a renewed sense of calm.
