Infinite Breath...

Infinite breath is Conscious Connected Breath where you breath in a continuous rhythmic inhale and exhale
with no beginning or end. This process of conscious breathing may bring up unresolved or suppressed emotions as it will stimulate the
sympathetic nervous system. By gently breathing through these emotions we can then let them go, creating deep rest and relaxation. Breathwork
can be used to support your health, emotional self and physical body. This a deep and powerful practice. My intention is to create a beautiful safe space where you will be supported through this healing experience. This a gentle practice where you will gently move in and out of your nervous system safely, to explore and release the energy.

This breath experience aims to create a state of balance in your life, as you surrender to each breath allowing you to by-pass the mind and let the body and breath do the healing work.

This is event is to raise money for Johanna Edwards and her two children. Sadly our beautiful friend Jo passed away
last month, a quick passing with cancer. She was such a strong, wise, caring and fun woman and will be sorely missed. She deeply loved her children, her family, her friends, her animals, her communities and was an incredible TCM doctor.
This fundraiser is to raise money for her children who sadly have also lost their father.
Jo loved breathwork and had many beautiful experiences of clarity, peace, creativity and cosmic alignment. She would come out of a session with her wild hair, a smile and a gentle nod....deep bliss and contentment.

What to Expect

* A warm welcome at As You Are Yoga Studio
* A delicious cacao or chai upon arrival
* Space to share and set an intention
* A fully guided one-hour breathwork journey
* Healing music throughout the session
* Optional Reiki energy work during your journey
* Time for integration afterward

You will be lying down for the session, but if needed, you are welcome to sit.

Event Details

🕊️ Contribution: $50 (or more if you wish to donate extra).
📍 Location: As You Are Yoga Studio 1/347 Townsend St
💧 What to Bring: A water bottle, yoga mat, blanket
👕 What to Wear: Comfortable clothing
🍃 Preparation: Eat a light meal at least an hour before arriving

Important Considerations

This breathwork experience can bring up intense emotional and physical releases. If you have any of the following conditions, please consult with a physician before attending and reach out to Anna to discuss whether a 1:1 session may be more suitable:

Severe asthma (mild is okay—please bring an inhaler)
Pregnancy
Severe PTSD, trauma, or anxiety
Heart disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions
Epilepsy, history of seizures, previous stroke
Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or other diagnosed mental health conditions
Glaucoma or detached retina
Recent surgery or intoxication
