Join us for a 6.5-hour immersive forest retreat, nestled in the heart of the bush in the breathtaking Dandenong Ranges, surrounded by gorgeous nature.

Nestled amongst the trees in the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, this private bush retreat offers a peaceful escape surrounded by lush forest, fresh mountain air and the natural beauty of the hills. With its warm, inviting spaces and tranquil setting, the home has been intentionally chosen to support deep restoration, creativity and connection.

Surrounded by towering trees and the sounds of nature, you’ll feel a world away from the everyday — held by the beauty of the bush and the community around you.

Your day will gently unfold with:

• ⁠Opening circle
• Guided breathwork to regulate the nervous system
• ⁠Grounding yoga to awaken and open the body

• ⁠Optional cold plunge activity
• A creative Canvas Vision Board session to soften and express into Spring intentions
• Intentional connection practices around an outdoor fire to build meaningful community
• ⁠Reflective journaling to anchor clarity, intention and direction

Throughout the day you’ll be nourished with a wholesome, healthy lunch, beautiful snacks and herbal teas — all included so you can simply arrive, exhale and receive.

This is a space to pause, soften and welcome in a new season of Spring.

A day to clear what feels heavy, reconnect with yourself and create space for what’s ready to bloom.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, refreshed and reconnected — with a renewed sense of energy, inspiration and intention for the months to follow.
