One morning, one event, one community.
Our Infinite signature Breath & Sound class is back—now with an upgrade.
We've teamed up with Carolina - one of our teachers at Infinite.co - and Shargo from Caapi Australia to bring to you ... Sacred Frequencies; a transcendental breathwork & live sound bath journey.
You'll be guided through 30 minutes of breathwork, followed by a soul-enhancing sound experience, designed to elevate and expand your inner world. We will be playing with all of our senses throughout this 50-minute session, bringing a fully immersive experience that will leave you feeling deeply restored, energetically aligned, and profoundly connected to yourself.
When: Sunday 25th May at 8am (Please arrive 10 minutes early)
Where: The LUME Melbourne
Parking: You will receive a $12 parking voucher on arrival
What to bring: Please bring your own mat, water bottle for hydration and any warm clothes to ensure you are warm & relaxed.
