Taryn Pallister

Taryn's passion is creating space for self-liberation through conscious embodiment and authentic expression. Her own spirited journey to find freedom and embodiment inspired her to travel around the world training in many modalities. She is a Nia Black Belt, Nia 5 Stages teacher, Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher, Dancing Freedom Inspired teacher, Kahuna Bodyworker, Somatic therapist, and experienced Retreat Facilitator. She has run retreats locally and internationally.

For ten years she offered weekly classes to Australia’s most awarded retreat location Gwinganna. She currently shares Nia weekly in the Tugun, Kingscliff and Brunswick Heads.
Nia has transformed her body and life and she is passionate and dedicated to sharing MOVEMENT AS MEDICINE.

Her classes will bring you deeply into your body, inviting you to feel to heal, to connect and express. From 20 years of experience, she is gifted at guiding participants into a place of powerful connection between body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Debbie Dyson-Holland

Debbie is a seasoned Reflexologist and massage therapist with over 24 years of experience in healing arts. Through her practice, she has witnessed profound transformations in her clients, addressing physical ailments, relieving mental and emotional stress, and fostering a holistic sense of wellbeing.

Her journey led her to develop an Energetic Releasing technique, complementing her therapeutic repertoire. During the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, Debbie embraced online platforms to share her expertise, offering Stretch Yoga, Meditations with Sound, and daily Tarot card readings, which garnered a dedicated following seeking inner peace.

Known for her nurturing space, The Jacaranda Room, nestled in her backyard, Debbie hosts a variety of healing sessions including Yin Yoga, STreTcH YoGA with Sound bowls, workshops, Reflexology courses, and transformative healing events. She integrates her extensive knowledge of the body with Chakra Energy balancing techniques, enriched by the soothing tones of Sound bowls.

Debbie's passion lies in guiding others towards physical harmony and spiritual alignment, creating a sanctuary where healing and self-discovery flourish.

Melissa Melrose

Melissa is a dedicated guide with over 29 years of experience in transformative healing and self-discovery. As a Qualified 'Rebirthing' Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, Intuitive Life Coach, and IIN Holistic Health Coach, she offers a unique blend of expertise rooted in her personal journey of overcoming adversity.

Born as a highly sensitive empath, Melissa navigated challenges such as depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue, and abusive relationships. Her commitment to inner work and holistic practices led her to discover the transformative power of Breathwork, particularly the 'Rebirthing' technique, which she studied under mentor Ron Bass.

Melissa integrates Breathwork with yoga, intuitive coaching, and holistic health principles, creating a comprehensive approach that honors the mind-body-spirit connection. Her sessions are guided by intuition, compassion, and a deep understanding gained from her own healing journey.
