Explore the benefits of staying active for physical and mental wellbeing, including falls prevention, strength & conditioning, and social connection.

- ACTIV Group Exercise - 11.00am
This session is part of Livingstone's Active Senior's Week, funded by the Queensland Government and supported by COTA Queensland, aimed at promoting physical activities for seniors during Queensland Seniors Month.
