Information Session on Inter-Organisational Climate Cafe Facilitator Training

Come along to this free information session about our upcoming Inter-Organisational Climate Cafe Facilitator Training in 2026. You'll learn more about how and why you can use Climate Cafes in your workplace or in your community.

You'll also learn more details about the outline of the program and the benefits of your participation both personally and professionally.

Program Outline:

Over a 7 month period in 2026 this program is paced to include all elements of PSC Climate Cafe Facilitation Training, embedding climate emotions support into your organisation and local community.

Participants will join other professionals to access:

• Orientation Session

• 6 Inter-Org Climate Cafes (with a minimum of 3 attended to be eligible for the Facilitator Training)

• 1 x Climate Cafe Facilitator Training

• 2 x Cafe Facilitator InterVision session (with the option to continue with InterVision beyond the program)

• PSC developed resources for promoting and communicating Climate Cafes in your workplace or wider community

• Self-paced online learning module on Climate emotions

• Follow up support around the implementation of Cafes in your workplace/community

Our recommendation would be to offer a minimum of 2-3 staff to join this program as a Climate Cafe requires a minimum of 2 facilitators.
