Join us for an insightful session with renowned researcher Prof Helen Bourke-Taylor from Monash University as she introduces the groundbreaking Healthy Mothers Healthy Families Program. Professor Bourke-Taylor will also share valuable insights about how mothers can manage stress and the transformative power of Micro Breaks - small but impactful moments of self-care that can be integrated into your daily routine.  

This session will cover:  

  • Unique ways that mothers experience and respond to stress 
  • Looking out for 'glimmers' in your day to reduce your stress response   
  • How to identify opportunities for Micro Breaks and when to implement them in your daily routine.   
  • The key components of the Healthy Mothers Healthy Families Program, that has helped thousands of mothers enhance their wellbeing while managing their caregiving responsibilities  
  • How to access the Healthy Mothers Healthy Families Workshops
