When school becomes a daily struggle, it can be exhausting and isolating—for children and for the families supporting them. In this Info Session, join Tiffany Westphal—parent, social worker and Director of School Can’t Australia— as she shares practical strategies grounded in professional and lived experience to help you better understand what’s happening for your child and how to support them through it.

This session will cover:

Understanding the nervous system and how stress affects your child’s capacity

Creating a supportive home environment

Why return-to-school plans often fail—and what makes a good one

How to work more effectively with schools and advocate effectively for your child

Where to find professional and peer support for your child and yourself

Whether you’re in the thick of school can’t or looking for new tools to support your child, this session offers practical guidance, clarity, and a reminder that you’re not alone.
