Ecosomatics is the body/earth connection. It is where our breath meets the leaves, our tissue meets the mycelium and our organs meet the atmosphere. We are a body on earth, with earth, and of earth.
Connecting to the natural world through somatic practice cultivates a whole-system awareness that shifts from human-centredness to environmental relationship.
Embodiment in relationship with environment can be supportive in many ways; depending connection with Country, remembering humans are part of a larger eco system, building resilience and resource for managing environmental crisis, restoring well-being and equilibrium, deepening our relationship with our own body and experiencing play' You are invited to join Noa and Rivka for a day-long guided exploration infusing our bodies with nature.
What to expect:
- Solo somatic explorations outside and in the studio
- Paired/hands-on exercises
-Open group improvisations

There is a sliding scale of payment options to support different financial circumstances and to ensure equity of access.
Please pay what you can, knowing that when those who can pay more do so, it supports those who can't to keep engaging in the arts and their own well-being.
