Inhale, exhale, relax
Event description
Inhale, exhale, relax. A Two-Hour Yoga-Breathwork Immersion.
Breath shapes how we feel, think, and move through life. Yet, most of us have forgotten how to breathe well. This workshop is a chance to slow down, tune in, and reclaim the power of your breath.
Over two hours, we’ll explore five essential breath practices—simple but profound techniques that regulate the nervous system, improve energy, and cultivate a deep sense of ease. You’ll then be guided through Yoga Nidra, a restorative practice that invites deep rest and integration. These simple practices are designed to be restful and are the opposite of the hard-and-fast breathwork often advertised. Simple is the new advanced.
You’ll also receive:
Handouts and an online resource so you can continue your practice at home.
A warm cup of tea and bliss balls to ground and nourish you before heading back into your day.
Expect a mix of movement, stillness, and breathwork that’s both practical and deeply transformative. Whether you’re new to these practices or looking to refine your breath awareness, this session will give you tools you can use daily.
No experience needed. Just bring yourself, a sense of curiosity, and an openness to explore. Wear comfy clothes, mats, bolsters, and blankets supplied.
Spots are limited. Secure your place now. Early birds close 13th April.
