The Injury Prevention Summit is a one-day event, held biennially by Injury Matters, via the Know Injury program, with funding from the Western Australian Department of Health.
Themed The Future of Injury Prevention, the Injury Prevention Summit 2025 will offer insights into emerging technology and data science through an injury prevention lens, strategies for enabling positive injury outcomes in WA, and inspire innovation across the sector.
The Injury Prevention Summit will connect injury prevention and safety promotion practitioners, policymakers, and representatives from Local Governments across WA to facilitate collaboration and exchange injury prevention knowledge, ideas, and information.
Injury Matters welcomes Keynote Speaker, Dr Lisa Sharwood from UNSW Sydney.
The two sessions for the day include Unlocking potential: Technological innovation and insights and Shaping tomorrow: Driving positive injury outcomes in WA.
In-person registration, networking, and refreshments to open from 9:00am for attendees, with formalities to commence at 9:30am. Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided.
