Event description

For four nights only, come and see the Stage 2 Graduate Drama Students perform their major production, James Graham's "Ink".

Set in 1969, Ink follows the story of a young Rupert Murdoch purchasing his very first newspaper with the aim of disrupting the news industry-and to perfect the tabloid news cycle the world has come to know. Witness as these students transform into a brash group of young, idealistic and morally ambiguous newspaper men and women determined to not only revolutionize the press industry, but also more than anything else-win. Be captivated as this ensemble proves through this work that is always wise to be careful what you wish for.

Ink is not to be missed, with this exceptional cast of students transporting us to the beginning of the modern-day media cycle, replete with a student band Molten Lead adding British Rock Anthems of the 60s and 70s.
