As your guide and space holder we will take a four hour/half day journey:

+ Opening circle ceremony

+ We'll begin with some gentle somatic based movement (don't worry - you don't need to be a super bendy yogi!)

+ We'll ease into a powerful practice to ground, aura cleanse, learn the Rose Protection Practice.

+ Experience Light Language - a blend of mudra, movement and mantra.

+ Grounding, calming and centering breathwork

+ Followed by a deeper, powerful and cathartic breathwork journey to clear out, awaken and uplevel.

+ A guided meditation and soul healing to nourish your nervous system and soothe your soul + crystal sound bowl healing

+ We'll finish with Energy Medicine to reset our nervous system.

+ Break-out time for Afternoon Tea (delicious raw treats and tea from Bamboo buddha)

Please note: Due to Covid Policy, venue fees, longer event running time and additional costs there has been an increase in my in-person events.

This is a COVID Safe venue that will require you to check-in.

This is an inclusive, non-judgmental and open-minded circle. Anything other than this will not be tolerated. Unity Consciousness and kindness will be welcomed and amplified within circle.

Of course, common sense prevails, if you feel unwell it's best to cancel (your ticket will be stored in credit and redeemable at future events). Full refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the event.

IMPORTANT:

If the government dates change - once again - for ALL human beings to enjoy freedoms (currently set to reopen on December 15th) please note the event will be rescheduled. Tickets will not be refunded (unless requested 7 days prior to event) due to planning and upfront event costs.
