We are beyond excited to invite you to Inner Bloom, our very first full-day Sol Sisters retreat. 🌿

So often we move through life in “go” mode... ticking off lists, showing up for everyone else, and pushing through without even realising how much we’re carrying. But the feminine was never meant to live like that. She was made to flow, to feel, to move with the rhythms of nature and her own body. Inner Bloom is your invitation back into that softness. A chance to remember what it feels like to slow down truly receive.

A nourishing yoga flow with the beautiful @claudia_elkin to connect back in with your body
Delicious wholesome brunch (dietaries happily catered for)
A holistic workshop with Laila from @presence.naturopathy, sharing gentle and practical tools to support your nervous system
A dreamy afternoon of meditation, journaling, and a women’s circle to close in sisterhood

This is a day just for you. A chance to breathe a little deeper, to connect with yourself and other women, and to feel held exactly as you are. My hope is that you leave feeling nourished, grounded, and so full of love for yourself and the woman you’re becoming. 💫
