Event description

Join us for this somatic dance journey, where movement and breath open the portal to your inner capacity.

This guided journey is an invitation to reconnect with your breath, your body and your inner strength, exploring your ability to feel deeply in order to expand your capacity and connection to our shared human experience.

Join us to:

- Dance with expansion and contraction in order to navigate these energies with more ease in your daily life

- Explore how resilience moves in your body, as a resource for challenging times

- Explore your edges to welcome growth and expansion

- Welcome strength and support within community

Whether you're new to somatic practices or have a deep movement background, this space welcomes you to express, release, and discover a deeper connection to yourself and others. Leave feeling empowered, energized, and attuned to the wisdom of your body.

About Somatic Dance:

Somatic Dance is a facilitated free form movement journey with an intentionally curated soundscape to support you to access the feeling layers of your body.

In doing so, you have the opportunity to process stored emotion, challenge limiting beliefs and create new pathways that align with how you desire to feel and the life you want to live.

There are no steps to follow and no right way to move, all of your expressions are welcomed.

No previous experience necessary,
Show up as you are and allow your body to guide you.

Please bring:

- Mug for Cacao

- Cushion & blanket for opening circle

- Water bottle

- An open heart and mind to receive what this experience has to gift you

Please register in advance as spaces are limited.

See you in the Attic,

With love,

Sarah
