Inner Child Flow Dance Workshop

A beautiful group flow class one Saturday a month at Safety Bay Yacht Club - weaving laughter yoga, EFT tapping, ecstatic free dance, silk fans, flow toys, musical instruments, a dress up box and gentle inner child healing work into each session.

Each week is a little different - the music, the theme, the energy — so no two sessions are ever quite the same.

Come as you are, move however feels right, and leave lighter than you arrived.

No experience needed. Bring a water bottle & yoga mat.

Gentle sound healing meditation at the end.

We then float together for coffee, cake or lunch to follow at BaysideBarista – The best 100% gluten free café in Perth.
