This enlightening journey, will transform and heal and honours the medicine that has always been within you.

We sometimes look outside of ourselves, for the answers that we seek...yet it was always within you. This powerful evening enables you to step into the parenting role of yourself, to heal that inner child and gently release old trauma from the body...so you can feel lighter, happier, more connected and more at ease. The combination of these therapies will enable you to achieve a deep release of healing.

Crystal Bowl Healing

You begin the evening with a peaceful, serene, healing of sound through crystal bowls, connecting deeply to your body and breath.  Using the frequency of pure quartz crystal, these sounds help to penetrate the energetic body to deeply to assist in these healings. Any blocks in the chakras, will help to be shifted 

Breathwork - Also known as rebirthing enables you to move deeper within and release old trauma and frequently brings enlightenment to many areas of your life. It is a simple, yet profound conscious breathing technique. It is an active meditation used to clear stuck energy in the body, and re-connect you with your intuition.

We invite you to use the medicine within you, for you have the power to heal old wounds, cultivate a deeper, clearer connection with your authentic self, and experience a way of being that is lighter, more free, and in alignment with your soul's highest purpose.

When we clear stuck energy, and emotional blocks we also make space for creative energy to flow. Creativity is a powerful tool for piercing through your pain, letting go of the past, and shifting your life to a place of freedom, joy, peace, and love – organically opening to that childlike aspect of yourself, and welcoming imagination without fear or judgment. When you experience a connection with creative energy, pathways in all areas of your life start to open.

Inner Child

The breath work session allows a deep release, with an opportunity to journal. With the body relaxed  guided by Master Hypnotherapist Trainer you gain the opportunity to give your inner child more love and to address your unmet needs by reparenting yourself. Empowered with your wisdom, healing, you get to be the best friend and rock to all that you are. You have learnt so much through your life, and you are much stronger than you think, you know exactly what kind of love, support you need. You have the opportunity to give this back to the younger version of yourself, with insights of wisdom, confidence, happiness, acceptance and a deep loving connection you get the opportunity to make yourself emotionally available to your love, where you feel heard, listened and valued and respected. 

We close the evening with releasing old negative cords and attachments and releasing any old stagnant energy back to the earth with embodied movement.

Lynda Millar (AKA Johnson)

Lynda brings 20 years + As a transformational coach, healer and trainer. She is a Master Hypnotherapist & NLP, Timeline Master Practitioner, Reiki Master, Bodyworker. She offers Transformational Coaching Globally and training on a range of Holistic Health Courses including:- Neuro Linguistic Programming, Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Reiki & Karuna Training, Sacred Stone, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Indian Head Massage training. 

Holly Crowe

Holly is a gifted healer and lightworker. She has learnt many techniques through her own journey of healing the inner child. As a breath work facilitator she holds space for you with her compassion, energy and light.
