This March Michelle is holding a day workshop healing the past embracing the future.

Your inner child is the key to the patterns, emotions and beliefs that shape your present, are you playing out self-sabotage traits within your adult life, when left unheard these wounds manifest as self-sabotaging, disconnection, or limiting beliefs. this workshop takes you beyond awareness into deeper integration - allowing you to reconnect with your authentic self, embrace your shadow and reclaim the joy, confidence that has always been yours. here we start peeling back the layers that could contain anything from excessive eating, exercise, drugs, alcohol, smoking, being busy, depression, anxiety, which is avoiding you from being present within your body?

If any of these have created a spark within you or answered YES to one of these then this is your calling.
