Here's what this playful workshop involves...

🥰Creative Exploration: Unwind from your day with a series of fun activities to shift stagnant energy in your body, uplift your mood and move into your wander from your inner child.

🤩Play Alchemy: Be guided to practise consensual touch and communication in a light-hearted and playful way to bring you back into your presence and allow any emotions to be expressed and released with gentleness and softness to lead you into deep relaxation and renewal of your spirit.

💐Inner Child Healing: Journey back to the tender parts of you that are in need of loving acknowledgement, self-forgiveness and self-acceptance as we bring forth closure and completion into your heart through ho'oponopono, reiki, light language, star magic and sound therapy.

🍵Integrative Support: Opportunity to share what's showing up for you and any questions you may have to anchor in your experience followed by light gluten-free vegan refreshments and time to mingle or stay in your own cocoon.

How do I get there?

You can choose to catch public transport which is a 10 minute walk from Newtown train station or limited free street parking.

Do I need to bring anything?

A bottle of water, pen & journal if you feel called to journal. Wear comfortable clothes to move in for different activities. Light refreshments & non caffeinated herbal tea will be provided.

Can I pay by bank transfer or your direct ticket link to waive the Eventbrite fee?

Absolutely! Please contact jessxgoh@lifeinconfidence.com for the details. Ticket is $250 per person & we cap it to 10 participants maximum to keep things personable, intimate & safe.

Who is this event NOT for?

If you're not curious, open-minded & open-hearted. If you're uncomfortable with platonic touch. Activities may bring up triggers or insecurities which is normal as you go out of your comfort zone to clear what needs to be released.

Do I need to be creative to participate?

No, you don't need to be creative to participate, the activities will help you unlock your flow as you become more present in your body, connection & space.

Are refreshments vegan and gluten-free?

Yes to accommodate different dietary requirements & support your integration with healthy, wholesome & delicious food.
