I would love to invite you along for an evening of inner connection and nourishing nervous system relaxation, using breath, meditation, and sound. This event will be supported by my beautiful wife, Sand Mew, as a space clearer and holder 🙏🏻.

I’ll be using a combination of instruments I’ve learned over many years, such as the singing bowl, didgeridoo, drum, flute, and other surprises, with voice as the main offering, backed by over 20 years of experience as a 1:1 healing and coaching practitioner.

In my experience, sound healing is deeply relaxing, has a regulating effect on the nervous system, and can lead to a deeply restored state where inner messages come through and connection is effortless. In this way, the sound and intention of the container itself does the work, so you can simply take some time to be and let go.

FAQs

What do I need to bring?

Things to make yourself as comfortable as possible!

A yoga mat or camping mat to lie on
A pillow and bolster for under your knees
A blanket (if you have back issues, please bring something extra soft)
A water bottle

What shall I wear?

Loose and comfortable clothing.

How can I prepare?

By setting a strong personal intention for what you would like to receive from your journey, and by caring for yourself in the days beforehand with good food and nourishment, hydration, and avoiding excess toxins like alcohol.

What is the structure of the event?

Every event is slightly different but the structure below remains the same.

6:15-6:30 arrival, you can find a comfy spot, settle in and start the journey within.

6:30-6:55 introduction, house keeping , drop in meditation, grounding, gentle breathwork.

6:55-8:05 lying down, eyes closed, the sound journey commences.

8:05-8:15pm a seated grounding and meditation to finish.

8:15-8:30 a cup of tea before departure if you’d like.

Doors open at 6:15 pm for a 6:30 pm start — please don’t be late. Doors will be locked from 6:55 pm after our initial meditation and drop-in ✨
