    Event description

As part of Sustainability Week this workshop will share the Inner Development Goals framework, developed by the not-for-profit organisation for inner development in response to addressing the 17 global sustainable development goals (SDGs)

''Climate change is a physical reality, demanding political and practical solutions. But it's inner dimension, overlooked entirely by mainstream approaches, is a human crisis of relationship.''

    - the mindfulness initiative, Reconnection: meeting the climate crisis inside out.

The Inner Development Goals capture five dimensions and 23 skills and qualities considered essential for leaders and civilians who are engaged with addressing the SDGs. This workshop will explore how we can build our
    (i) relationship to self, like self-compassion and values,
(ii) ways of thinking, like sense making and visioning
(iii) ways of relating, to build connection and appreciation
(iv) capacity to collaborate, through communication and mobilising skills and
    (v) actions, to drive change through courage and perseverance.

This workshop will create space to consider how you might apply this framework to your own life map in the context of climate change.
