Our programs focus on cultivating the embodied therapeutic skills that safely and skilfully support clients as they move through non-ordinary states of consciousness. This approach has developed primarily in the context of psychedelic-assisted therapy, supporting clients through the preparation, dosing and integration phases — and can also be applied to breathwork, meditation, and other practices that evoke non-ordinary states.

In addition to learning the theory of inner-directed therapy, participants deliver and receive therapy following an inner-directed approach throughout the programs and observe each other as they do so. Participants give and receive feedback to each other throughout this process.

This practical and experiential approach develops an embodied understanding of the therapeutic approach, as both the therapist and client, providing the foundation for them to work skilfully with clients moving through non-ordinary states — whether working with psychedelics or other techniques.

Our online Foundations program is open to a wide variety of practitioners, and covers the foundational skillset required for inner-directed therapeutic work. This is followed by our in-person intensives, in which participants will support one another through expanded state based therapeutic processes. In 2027 we will be launching with intensives that utilise psilocybin (in Europe) and breathwork (in Australia and Europe).
