You are invited to join us on a journey of self discovery through music and movement to connect with your Inner Flow.

During our journey we will be awakening the connection between our Body, Mind and Spirit through a one hour guided vinyasa yoga flow by Mahela Piti, accompanied with live grounding music through Rana Hamida (DJ Prana).

With intention in the heart we bring focus to our breath to allow us to drop out of our minds and into our bodies.

After the vinyasa flow, we will receive openness from mama cacao.

Ceremonial cacao is made from whole bean, organic cacao with so much intention in the process. It is an opportunity to connect to yourself and open your heart, which aids in any transformational shift you are working through. Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set, and the cacao opens the path to your inner wisdom and awareness to shine over your being.

With an awakened body and flowing energy, we break out into an ecstatic dance. Putting our minds to rest and allowing the body to be its wisdom. This is a free form conscious dance where movement expands, spirit activates, boundaries dissolve, and ritual is alive as the beat deepens. It is a sacred and safe space to be free and express without any kind of doubt and judgement.
