Our Retreat provides a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere where you can unplug and disconnect from the outside world and focus on your own Inner Goddess and Wellbeing. The Inner Goddess Getaway Retreat is led by 3 experienced facilitators: author and speaker Estelle Woods, naturopath and mindset coach Minjayati Angelo, and reiki master and teacher Marie Millikin.

Marie Millikin
Marie has been practicing Usui Reiki since 2004 and has a passion for teaching all age groups. Marie is passionate about her work and been working in the Community for many years. She has also been running Retreats and Women’s Circles for many years. Marie has a Diploma in Community & Aged Care, Diploma in Leisure & Health (Lifestyle)

A Wellness Mindset Coach and Naturopath, Minjayati has decades of professional experience in health and wellness, with a passion for empowering women to achieve optimal wellness and their dream life. Minjayati has helped thousands overcome physical, emotional and mental challenges and to achieve their personal goals.
Minjayati believes that to achieve optimal health and wellbeing its essential to be able to unplug from the stresses of daily life and reconnect with ourselves and allow our minds and bodies to simply relax and tap into our inner wisdom.

As a perpetual student of all forms of spiritual and personal development Estelle brings a unique combination of modalities for helping women re-learn how to live their best lives.
Combining a BNg and a postgraduate qualification in Self-Management with esoteric wisdom including being a Reiki Master, Laughter Yoga Facilitator, Visionary and Gate Keeper; Estelle draws on her wisdom gained from her lived experiences to guide you towards living your best life
