Join illustrator and artist Oslo Davis and Clinical Psychologist Dr Jarrod White for this unique event combining guided meditation and observational drawing. Think of it as a life drawing class minus the model - you don’t need any prior experience, just a sense of curiosity and an appetite for finding creative flow.

Oslo Davis is an artist and illustrator known for his humorous and quirky observational drawing. Oslo will guide you through drawing techniques and activities to illustrate your inner observations, which will emerge from short meditations and reflection exercises led by Dr Jarrod White.

This unique workshop is designed to encourage curiosity in your life and work. Come with an open mind and a sense of humour as you hone your drawing skills and learn about the relationship between mindfulness, meditation and creativity.

All drawing supplies will be provided for participants.

No prior experience necessary.
