This collaboration between Sam and Bridget promises to be a expansive journey within.
A combination of Bridgets expert yoga direction coupled with Sams ethereal voice promises to deliver a totally new experience.

Within sacred space allow yourself to receive the vibrations with flow and ease, being held safely by the universe. 

We will direct you through a series of simple resting yoga positions so you are open to the tones and vibrations from the universe.  

Sam channels using light language, an expression understood by the heart.  Those curious to play with an open heart are most receptive to receive.
