In this retreat you’ll discover the incredible depth and grace that is within you, in connection with a small, intimate group of like-minded women.

United in sisterhood, we will create a sacred heart-space of belonging, trust and love, an intimate safe container in which deep transformation can take root.

During the retreat you’ll receive deep nourishment for body and soul.
You’ll learn to balance your inner feminine and masculine and to reclaim your vibrant aliveness as a woman.
You’ll practice self-love, acceptance and compassion, to be at peace with your own unique expression.
You ́ll learn to connect deeply with your inner self and to listen to and express those parts of you that are perhaps unseen.
You ́ll have time for self reflection and relaxation , the time and space to finally be, and to allow new ideas and desires to reveal themselves to you
You’ll go back feeling refreshed, revitalized and empowered, with tools to support your continuing journey at home.

?PROGRAM
The retreat program offers a luscious blend of activities for your body, mind and soul.
Each retreat is uniquely tailored to the group, so it’s a little different every time. And of course, you’re welcome to take part in as many or as few of the activities as you feel inspired. You’re invited to really tap into your own feminine flow, feeling when it’s your time to join the group
or to just relax and enjoy the beautiful space.

Activities include:
*Daily movement sessions such as yoga and healing expression through movement
*Some very special rituals, focusing on self love, forgiveness and connecting with the sacred feminine
*Aguahara – a unique aquatic bodywork that combines elements of massage, movement and breathwork,to help us connect with our inner selves, in the beautiful Peninsular Hot Springs
*Art therapy session- experimenting through art
*Learning and strengthening the love and compassion we have for ourselves
*Guided massage workshop
*Guided meditations, reflections and mindfulness activities
*Sharing heart circles – to listen and to be heard in a safe and loving container

The retreat will also include special workshops on topics that are very alive for many women, (that you will choose) such as:
*Boundary setting and asking for what you want
*Transforming and freeing ourselves from self- limiting beliefs
*Balancing the feminine and masculine within
*An introduction to tantra
*Creating a deeper connection with your womb and sacred feminine
*Lunar cycles- how finding your own unique rhythm by connecting to the moon can bring us stability and a deeper understanding of ourselves
*Yoni eggs and the deep healing they bring
*Conscious menstruation- how embracing our monthly bleeding can bring deep inner happiness and connection

ITINERARY
Friday
We will arrive on Friday evening in time to share a delicious welcoming dinner together at 6pm. Then we will have our beautiful opening ceremony.Saturday
8 am Healing expression through movement for example some gentle yoga
10am Delicious breakfast
11am Our morning workshop
130pm Yummy lunch and time to rest enjoying the beautiful space, journalling, reading etc
4pm A beautiful ritual focused on self love
630 pm Scrumptious dinner
730pm We will come together for our evening heart circle and short meditation

Sunday
730am We will depart together for our special early morning entry to the Peninsular Hot Springs. Here we will explore the magic of Aguahara (the therapy in the water), we will enjoy breakfast there and we will have free time to explore and enjoy the pools there
1pm Back at the house we will have lunch together and time for rest.
230pm We will come together again for another very special ritual, connecting deeply with ourselves and manifesting what we would like to call in for the months ahead.
4pm We will have our closing ceremony.
6pm Our final dinner. You are free to go home if you wish or you are welcome to stay the night and check out on Monday morning instead (it is the same price to leave on Sunday evening or stay until Monday morning)Monday
Our final breakfast for those that stayed the night, and check out at 10am.

WHERE WE WILL STAY
We are staying in a beautiful cosy house that is all for us, a home away from home and the perfect place to completely relax, enjoy the luscious surroundings, the beautiful nature that is all around, the intimate space for our sharing and activities, whilst being close by to the beautiful Rye Beach on the Mornington Peninsular.

WHAT WE WILL EAT
Each day we will eat delicious, local, vegetarian fresh food prepared especially for us by our very own cook with a lot of love and care.

COST FOR THE RETREAT
Prices are an all-inclusive price that includes everything!

2 or 3 nights accommodation in the beautiful house with spa (Friday and Saturday nights with the option to stay Sunday night too for no extra cost)
All breakfasts and lunches and dinners including juices and teas lovingly prepared for us by very own chef
A visit to the delicious Peninsular Hot Springs
All the activities
All the love

There is also the opportunity to come to the retreat but stay in your own accommodation, and also a discount if you´re bringing a friend – just get in touch and I can give you these details! Please know that the retreats are available for all women who feel the calling to take part in the retreats regardless of your economic situation. So if you do have low resources and are not able to pay the full cost of the retreat then please do let me know and we can find a solution so that you can attend
