Meet your Inner Critic - and your Inner Mother (or Loving Witness)
Learn about the ‘Good Girl Syndrome’, how it can arise alongside your Inner Critic… and how it may be wreaking havoc on your life as an adult
Gain clarity on what areas and with whom you need to establish boundaries with so you can approach the busiest time of year with grace and gentle resolution
Discover your Inner Warrior, whether she has emerged from wanting to protect you or from long-held frustration and anger
Activate your voice for both healing and self-defence
Explore embodied (yet practical and effective!) self-defence techniques, and their psychological and Traditional East Asian Medicine correlations
