My name is Lachlan Mitchell, I’m the Director of Inner Peace and Personal Power.

My professional experience includes 20 years as a Psychiatric Nurse, specialising in the treatment of substance abuse, anxiety and depression, and post-traumatic stress.

I transferred to the Parole Service in 1984, dealing with every type of criminal offence, substance abuse, anger and violence, self-harm and a variety of mental health issues.

20 years ago, I realised that whatever I was doing, wasn’t helping people change their negative behavior. I saw a clue as to why this was happening, when I was told that an anger management program I was trained to deliver, had a success rate of ‘up to 7%’, and that the improvement lasted up to 3 years! Clearly, there was huge room for improvement, and I decided to discover how to make that happen.

After searching for several years, I created ‘Inner Peace and Personal Power’. My program consistently achieves 100% success.

Success is measured by the participants themselves, in terms of being able to calm their feelings of anxiety or anger, in less than 60 minutes, and to form positive attitudes and behaviours around their important relationships and their attitude towards money and success.

As far as I’m aware, no other program teaches people how to achieve that in just 10 weeks.
