An invitation to tap into our inner wisdom and radiance. This evening will start with us sharing a heart-warming and heart-opening cup of cacao, Connecting us with the Anahata heart chakra. This will be an opportunity for inner connection while being in a supportive and open community.

Julie-Ann will then guide you on a nourishing 90-minute Sound Journey meditation, designed to immerse us in the landscapes of our self-love and discovery. This is an invitation to experience deep relaxation, release stagnant energy, and cultivate a heightened sense of well-being.

No prior experience is required; the sound bath embraces individuals of all backgrounds and familiarity levels with meditation or sound therapy. Come with an open heart and a willingness to embrace the transformative power of sound.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and bolsters, for extra comfort and relaxation bring an eye mask. Allow 2-2.5 hours for this beautiful experience.

Spaces are limited - please reserve a spot in advance.

    About Cacao:

Rich in antioxidants, cacao offers a range of potential benefits: it helps to support heart health, improve mood by promoting serotonin production, and enhance cognitive function. Additionally, cacao contains minerals like magnesium, which is vital for various bodily functions. Its natural compounds may also contribute to increased blood flow and potential anti-inflammatory effects.

There are no contraindications for the intake of cacao. However there are a few things to consider before ingesting cacao:

    - Food sensitivities - if you have any sensitivity to fermented foods, Cacao will not be a good option for you

    - Pregnancy and breastfeeding - there are no known contraindications. Cacao would likely support breastfeeding and nourishment of expecting mothers because of its high mineral content.

    - Antidepressants - some medications interact with the MAO inhibitors in Cacao and that reaction can create side effects such as headaches
