This masterclass is an experience of remembering the light that is inside each of us and sparking our ability to listen to the wisdom of the body and breath.

Through gentle somatic processes, yoga and pranayama we turn the focus of our attention to extracting the nectar of each moment. Savouring the taste of each pose, breath and movement. We learn to love ourselves again.

The practice will be slow, deep and gentle and suitable for all levels. This masterclass includes soundhealing and live music that creates a soundscape to reconnect you with your heart and true essence.
