Female Balance Workshop: Led by Nutritional Therapist Jane McClenaghan, this workshop will help you take back control of your hormones, so that you feel and function better, regardless of your age or stage of life.
Sound Bath: Join Tessa from Sound Healing Spa for a unique, relaxing and rejuvenating meditation session using sound waves.
Active Bystander Training: Equipping you with the skills to recognise and safely intervene in situations involving inappropriate, harmful, or discriminatory behaviour.
Self-Defence Workshop: Hosted by Lisburn Taekwondo, learn beginner-friendly self-defence techniques.
