A Yin Yoga, Sound & Energy Healing Immersion by candlelight.

This offering is not a class or a workshop, it is a ceremony of Deep Healing and Revitalization.

Both Facilitators, Mike and Nicole are Yoga Teachers, Shamanic Healers and Ceremonialists.

Together they offer a safe container of deep energetic and embodied attunement for spiritual, physical and emotional restoration.

Inner Temple is all about reconnecting to the Sacred within oneself.

Throughout the 2.5 hour session, we will be taking our time to completely drop into stillness and presence.

We will offer a Mild Blue Lotus Elixir for those who wish to travel a little deeper and open up more to the subtle realms.

Nicole will guide you through a 2 Hour Yin Yoga Journey ~ with plenty of spaciousness, stillness, supportive touch and energetic healing.

Meanwhile Mike will be offering the space live healing frequencies through a beautiful collection of Sacred Instruments. The Sound and Yin Journey are curated to flow together in perfect harmony to best serve the experience of the participants.

A little more on SOUND HEALING THERAPY AND Sound Healer Mike -

Sound healing therapy helps to restore harmony and balance to the body’s biological rhythms and processes, re-establishing correct functioning of the Endocrine system (the glands) which releases powerful healing hormones such as endorphins, serotonin and melatonin into the body. Other natural chemicals are also released, such as nitric oxide, vital for the body’s health and vitality.
The vibrations from the instruments work on the vagus-nerve which is connected to the middle ear and flows down to all of our major organs, it is the conductor of our parasympathetic nervous system and when this part of our nervous system is activated is when we feel relaxed and the body restores itself. As well as physical benefits, sound can help us emotionally and energetically.

Mike Thompson -

Mike has spent the last 8 years exploring healing modalities, eastern philosophies and spiritual practices. Having spent extended time in South America, China, India and other countries. Mike immersed himself in the practices of Tai Chi/Qigong, various schools of Yoga, studied various eastern philosophies and trained in several healing modalities such as Reiki, Sound healing, breathwork and Myofascial Energetic Release. Mike began his journey with sound in Nepal where he trained in the use of singing bowls, he then continued his training in India adding the Gong and tuning forks. Since then he has added an array of beautiful instruments and honed his craft through group workshops and 1 on 1 sessions.
